Uttra Finserve acts strictly as a technology facilitator and marketplace connecting applicants with Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Providers, and Credit Bureaus. Unless explicitly mentioned, Uttra Finserve is not an NBFC or Lender itself. Approvals, interest rates, and loan disbursements remain under the sole discretion of the partner institutions.
- Applicants must provide true, uncorrupted, and legally valid identity documents.
- Creation of false accounts, identity misrepresentation, or fraudulent submissions will cause immediate termination and potential legal action.
- Users are solely responsible for keeping login credentials confidential.
These Terms are bound by Indian laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Uttarakhand, India.

Refund Policy
Operational processing fee guidelines
Because service requests trigger third-party API costs, credit bureau verification charges, and immediate processing workflows, platform charges are non-refundable once initiated.
If a duplicate payment occurs due to a network or payment gateway error, notify our support team within 48 hours. Eligible duplicate debits will be refunded to the original payment source following internal audit.
